Arjun Singh Gill
Arjun Singh Gill brings over 7 years of experience in the e-waste and environmental sustainability industry, with strong expertise in business development, compliance, and operational expansion. He has played a key role in building and scaling structured e-waste ecosystems across Pan India.
He has extensive experience managing nationwide collection networks, handling franchise partners, and leading cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and regulatory alignment. Arjun has successfully onboarded reputed national brands, strengthened collection logistics, and expanded business presence across multiple regions.
With a strategic and execution-driven approach, he is committed to building scalable and responsible solutions that support India’s circular economy.

Kritika Sadhwani brings over 10 years of professional experience in business development, operations, logistics management, and client relationship handling. In her past roles, she has successfully led business development initiatives and managed operations and logistics teams, ensuring smooth execution and efficient coordination across projects.

Over the years, she has played a significant role in adding reputed PAN India clients, developing EPR business opportunities, and expanding franchise partner networks across multiple regions.
